A method, including incorporating a conducting wireinto a tubular braid consisting of a multiplicity ofsupporting wires, and covering the tubular braid with asheath. The method further includes identifying alocation of the conducting wire within the tubular braidand attaching an electrode through the sheath to theconducting wire at the location.
