PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test instrument which reproduces a human body wearing state of an absorptive article, is relatively simple in a structure, low in a price, and measures the leakage of the absorptive article, and its measurement method.SOLUTION: A test instrument 1 measures the leakage of an absorptive article 2. In the test instrument 1, a semi-spherical first vehicle 11 in which a water filling pipe 13 is made to penetrate the vicinity of a bottom center of the semi-spherical vessel, and fixed thereto, and a semi-spherical second vessel 12 which is substantially the same with or larger than a dimension of the first vessel 11, and in which the water filling pipe 13 is not arranged are overlapped on each other with the second vehicle 12 located at the outside, the absorptive article 2 is fixed so as to sandwich the first vessel 11 and the second vessel 12, a prescribed quantity of liquid is poured from the water filling pipe 13 in a direction and at an angle which are equal to those of the absorptive article 2 in a human body wearing state, the liquid is absorbed to the absorptive article 2, and the leakage of the absorptive article 2 is measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、吸収性物品の人体着用状態を再現し、かつ、比較的簡便な構造で安価な、吸収性物品の漏れを測定する試験器具及びその測定方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】吸収性物品2の漏れを測定する試験器具1であって、略半球型形状の容器の底部中央付近に注水管13を貫通して固定した、略半球型形状の第1の容器11と、第1の容器11と略同寸法又はそれよりも寸法が大きく、注水管13を設けていない略半球型形状の第2の容器12とを、第2の容器12を外側にして重ねて、第1の容器11と第2の容器12の間に挟むように吸収性物品2を固定し、吸収性物品2の人体着用状態と同等の方向及び角度で注水管13から所定量の液体を注水し、吸収性物品2に液体を吸収させて吸収性物品2の漏れを測定することを特徴とする試験器具1を提供する。【選択図】図2
