PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to manufacture flexible tubes at a low cost by forming several ones at one time.
SOLUTION: Ferrules 13a and 13b constituting a flexible tube assembly 14 are provided with joining parts 20a and 20b respectively in an integral manner. The joining part 20a is substantially cylindrical and is continuous to the ferrule 13a. A female thread part 21a is formed in its inner peripheral surface. The joining part 20b is substantially cylindrical and its outside diameter is slightly smaller than the ferrule 13b. A male thread part 21b which is screwed in the female thread 21a is formed in its outer peripheral surface. The flexible tube assembly 14 is connected with another flexible tube assembly 14 by screwing the male thread part 21b of one flexible tube assembly 14 in the female thread part 21a of the other flexible tube assembly 14 and several flexible tube assemblies 14 are connected into one connected flexible tube assembly 25. An exterior covering layer is formed for covering the outer periphery of the flexible tube assemblies 14 which are formed into the connected flexible tube assembly 25.
