PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from feeling a water flow hot by a simple configuration, the water flow discharged to a bathtub in a bubble operation, in the bath device having a bubble operation function.SOLUTION: When a circulation passage of bathtub water is formed by actuation by a circulation pump 120, a heat exchanger 130 performs temperature control for retaining a temperature of the circulation bathtub water to a setup temperature. The bathtub circulation passage is set up by passage changeover by a three-way valve 150 disposed on a downstream side of the heat exchanger 130, to one of a passage where a water flow is output from a bathtub adapter 21 for a heat retention operation mode to a bathtub 10, and a passage where the water flow is output from a bathtub adapter 22 for a bubble operation mode to the bathtub 10.
