PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management system having a criterion for optimally determining performance deterioration of an adsorbent for each oxygen concentrator on the basis of a balance of effective utilization and reliability of the oxygen concentrator.SOLUTION: The maintenance management system of the oxygen concentrator includes a compressor having a motor capable of controlling the rotation speed, and at least one nitrogen selective adsorption column, controls the rotation speed of the compressor motor to retain a fixed oxygen concentration, and can perform a plurality of flow setups. When the rotation speed of the compressor motor a prescribed time lapse after a start-up of the oxygen concentrator or a change of the flow setup reaches a determination value, the maintenance management system of the oxygen concentrator performs a repair and component replacement.
