PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the easy entrance of an exclusion body to a trocar, and to prevent a sponge body from being scraped off by the opening edge of the trocar.SOLUTION: This exclusion body for an operation under an endoscope held by a forceps and brought into a body cavity of a patient through the trocar includes the sponge body 1 and woven gauze 6. The sponge body is covered with the woven gauze so that the sponge body does not come in contact with the trocar but the woven gauze does when the sponge body enters and passes the trocar T. A position in front of the sponge body in time of the trocar passage is provided with a portion of the woven gauze without the sponge body, and the portion is set as a holding part 10 held by the forceps.
