A system for disinfecting a user device 104 of a user 102 using a disinfection chamber 108 is provided. The system includes a set of modules such as disinfection module 208, an image analysis module 210, a color coordination determination module 214, and a compliance module 216. The disinfection module 208 disinfects the user device 104 that is placed inside the disinfection chamber 108 and takes one or more images using cameras of the user device 104. The image analysis module 210 separates each of the one or more images into one or more quadrants. The color coordination determination module 214 compares the pixel value of the one or more test points of the one or more images with a predetermined value. The compliance module 216 generates a compliance report of the user device 104 for the user 102 by interacting with a disinfection monitoring server 110.
