PURPOSE: A vegetation method for environment-friendlily restoring the abandoned mine land is provided to minimize the amount of covering soil, and to reduce the construction cost by decreasing the construction time. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation method for environment-friendlily restoring the abandoned mine land comprises the following steps: sowing seeds selected from pine tree seeds, Lespedeza cyrtobotrya seeds, Indigofera pseudotinctoria seeds, or Arundinella hirta seeds on the slope surface of the abandoned coal mine land; and a step of spraying a soil conditioner on the seeds, and mulching a straw mat. The soil conditioner contains: a first conditioning agent formed of 65-85wt% of aggregation promoter containing calcium compounds and magnesium compounds in a ratio of 3-5:1, and 10-30wt% of soil forming promoter containing 1-6wt% of particle accelerator; a second conditioning agent containing 55-80wt% of organic matter obtained by crushing and completely fermenting the bark and the lignum of trees, or coconut fibers, 3-18wt% of nitrogen compound, 3-25wt% of phosphoric acid compound, 2-7wt% of kali compound, 0.3-0.5wt% of sulfur compound, 0.5-1wt% of molybdenum compound, 1-3wt% of boron compound, 0.5-0.8wt% of zinc compound, 0.5-1wt% of manganese compound, 0.3-0.8wt% of copper compound, and 0.3-0.5wt% of chlorine compound; a third conditioning agent containing 70-87wt% of zeolite, 2-15wt% of bentonite, 2-15wt% of vermiculite, and 2-7wt% of mixture containing activated charcoal, silica, silicate, and wollastonite; and a fourth conditioning agent containing anabaena, anabaenopsis, dactylococcopsis, synechocystis, and microcystis.
