Provided is a direct seeding method using an eco-friendly mulching material. The direct seeding method includes: a plowing work step of plowing the surface of the dry rice field, and making the plowed ground even at the same time to mulch to cover the surface of the dry rice field with the eco-friendly mulching material and to perform mulching by covering the covering eco-friendly mulching material with soil at the same time； a covering step of covering the surface of the even soil with the eco-friendly mulching material including seeds attached thereon to make the seeds come in contact with the surface of the even soil； and a mulching step of performing mulching by supplying a portion of soil, obtained during the plowing, to an upper side of the covering eco-friendly mulching material. Accordingly, not only eco-friendly seeding work for crop cultivation on the dry rice field can be rapidly performed without onerousness or inconvenience and within a short time but also cultivation efficiency can be maximized.건답의 지면으로 친환경 멀칭소재를 피복함과 동시에 그 피복되는 친환경 멀칭소재를 흙으로 덮어 멀칭이 이루어질 수 있도록 건답의 지면을 경운과 함께 경운된 토양을 평탄하게 고르는 경운작업단계； 상기 평탄하게 골라진 토양의 표면으로 씨앗이 점착된 친환경 멀칭소재의 씨앗이 접촉되게 피복하는 피복단계； 및 상기 피복된 친환경 멀칭소재의 상면으로 상기 경운시 발생하는 일부의 흙을 공급하여 멀칭하는 멀칭단계；를 포함하는 친환경 멀칭소재를 이용한 건답용 직파방법을 제공한다. 그에 따라 건답에서의 작물재배에 따른 친환적인 직파작업이 번거롭거나 불편없이 단시간 내에 신속하게 이루어질 수 있음은 물론 그로 인한 재배 효율성도 극대화할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
