PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry grated konjak thin film piece, even in the case of directly ingested as a dry konjak, excellent in texture, also satisfactory in deglutition properties, further, utilizable even to ingestion by addition to beverages and food products, and high in utilization value as a water-insoluble dietary fiber, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A mixture including a grated konjak and water is dried in a layer shape into a dry thin film, and, from the dry thin film, the thin film piece-shaped dry konjak is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】乾燥こんにゃくとして直接摂取した場合においても食感に優れ、かつ嚥下性が良好であり、更に、飲料や食品への添加による摂取にも利用可能な、水不溶性食物繊維として利用価値の高い乾燥すりおろしこんにゃく薄膜片及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】すりおろしこんにゃくと水を含む混合物を層状で乾燥させて乾燥薄膜とし、乾燥薄膜から薄膜片状の乾燥こんにゃくを得る。【選択図】図１
