The present invention relates to a method for preparing at least one compound to be tested in a concentration or weight range of pure to the smallest units of weight such as the femtogram, said method including the following steps: i) mixing said compound with an inert carrier at a predefined ratio of quantities ii) homogenising said mixture and iii) manufacturing a block by compressing said homogenised mixture. The invention also relates to a compressed block prepared according to the invention, as well as to the use of said compressed block for testing the effect or the toxicity of the compound on a cellular system in vitro or in vivo.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation dau moins un composé destiné à être testé dans une gamme de concentration ou de masse allant du pur jusquaux masses les plus faibles tel le femto gramme, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : i) Mélange dudit composé avec un excipient inerte dans un rapport de quantités prédéfini, ii) Homogénéisation dudit mélange, iii) Fabrication dun bloc par compression dudit mélange homogénéisé. Elle concerne également un bloc compressé selon linvention ainsi que lutilisation de ce bloc compressé pour tester leffet ou la toxicité du composé sur un système cellulaire in vitro ou in vivo.
