PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunks-type paper diaper which prevents body fluid from leaking from leg holes, is excellently fitted, and looks nice.
SOLUTION: The trunks type paper diaper 100 has a paper diaper body 2 which includes: the first abdominal side waistline elastic expansible member 211 which is positioned on the abdominal side 21 and arranged from one end to the other end in the width direction the second abdominal side waistline elastic expansible member 212 which is positioned to be closer to the leg holes compared with the first abdominal side waistline elastic expansible member 211 and arranged in a curved shape from one leg hole to the other leg hole, so as to be projected toward the center of a crotch part 23, in a part from one end to the other end in the width direction and an abdominal side leg hole elastic expansible member 213 whose both width direction ends are positioned closer to a waistline opening compared with the second abdominal side waistline elastic expansible member 212 in the leg holes 24 on the abdominal side 21, and which is arranged in a curved shape from one leg hole to the other leg hole, so as to be projected toward the center of the crotch part 23.
