[Solution] A plant growth promotion device is formed from a plate-shaped rotating body (1), and a motor (2) which is coupled to this rotating body (1) via a rotating axle (2a). A plurality of permanent magnets (1a) are configured to be anchored within the rotating body (1) at an arbitrary interval.
