This invention relates to a lower limb exercise auxiliary device, including a base, a feet-pedaling crank mechanism, a fixing mechanism and an electric control part. The feet-pedaling crank mechanism is equipped on the base, the fixing mechanism is pivoted on the base, and the electric control part is used to drive the feet-pedaling crank mechanism. The device can be placed on the ground or a bed, or connected to a wheel chair through the fixing mechanism for the user to pedal on the feet-pedaling crank mechanism. The user can be ordinary people or people with poor foot mobility. When in use, a user can choose either using the electric control part to automatically control the pedaling action or manually autonomously pedaling the former one can passively train the mobility of leg joint (including hip, knee and ankle joints) and the latter can perform muscle strengthening exercise.
