PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper limb-mounting type motion assisting apparatus for improving the problem that a conventional upper limb-mounting type motion assisting apparatus has no joint corresponding to a scapular and thoracic mechanism and performs only the inner and outer rotation of a scapular and brachio mechanism and a rotation in bending/stretching directions, so as to hardly assist human shoulders to be smoothly moved.SOLUTION: Both mechanisms of scapular and brachio joint parts 103 and arms 102 are mounted on the scapular and brachio joints of a human body, and also scapular and thoracic joint parts 104 and back spans 101 for smoothly assisting the motions of the scapular and thoracic parts are mounted as the upper limb-mounting type assisting apparatus. Consequently, the apparatus assists both a carer and a care receiver, a labor work, and a daily work.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の上肢装着型運動補助装置は、肩甲-胸郭機構に該当する関節が無く、肩甲-上腕機構の内旋、外旋方向の回転と、屈曲、伸展方向の回転のみが可能となっており、人体の肩の動きをスムーズに補助することが難しい。この点を改善する上肢装着型運動補助装置を提供する。【解決手段】人体の肩甲上腕関節に肩甲上腕関節部103と腕102の両機構を装着し、また肩甲胸郭部の動きをスムーズに補助可能な肩甲胸郭関節部104と背面スパン101を上肢装着型補助装置として装着することにより、介助者や被介護者双方の補助、労働作業や日常作業を補助することが可能となる。【選択図】図1
