PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AGEs production inhibitor blended with kojic acid and having effectiveness, and to simultaneously satisfy the following three conditions: firstly, it has an action of increasing the absorptivity of kojic acid secondly, a practical AGEs production inhibition effect can be obtained by a combined application with kojic acid and thirdly, a coloration inhibition effect of kojic acid is given.SOLUTION: An AGEs production inhibitor including kojic acid and an extract of Rosa rugosa as active ingredients is provided.
