SOLUTION: The planting base 10 sandwiches the planting mat 20 from both sides so that the direction of the fold lines 36 coincides or substantially coincides with the planting mat 20 formed by stacking a plurality of planting sheets 22. It is provided with a pair of corrugated plates 30 and 31 held by and a housing part formed by the planting sheet 22 drawn out from the hole 32 formed in the corrugated plate 30 and in which plants are planted.
