A food product, which comprises: 90 to 99% of one or more portions of emulsion meat; from 1 to 10% of one or more binders; where, the meats, are formed from one or more meats which have been emulsified and sized, and have been formed in the form of portions of meat in emulsion, where, the meats, include meat from avian animals , cattle, sheep, sailors, portions, or combinations thereof; wherein, the binders are selected from (i) the group consisting of starches; maltodextrins; non-denatured, water soluble animal proteins; plant proteins, not denatured, soluble in water; hydrocolloid gums; or combinations of these, or (ii) the group consisting of sodium alginate, carrageenan, pactin, guar, locust bean, locust bean gum, egg white, collagen, gelatin, milk proteins, plasma, or combinations thereof; wherein, the composition has a moisture content greater than 45%, and where the composition has the characteristics of a dry food composition, which has one or more of the following characteristics: (1) the food composition wet, it is relatively dry to the touch, when compared to typical wet food compositions; (2) the wet food composition is relatively hard, inelastic, and lumpy, when compared to typical wet food compositions; and (3) the wet food composition is generally stable, under ambient conditions, without preservatives.Un producto alimenticio, el cual comprende: de un 90 a un 99% de una o más porciones de carne en emulsión; de un 1 un 10% de uno o más ligantes; en donde, las carnes, se forman a partir de una o más carnes las cuales se han emulsionado y dimensionado, y se han conformado en forma de porciones de carne en emulsión, en donde, las carnes, incluyen a la carne procedente de animales aviares, bovinos, ovinos, marinos, porciones, o combinaciones de éstos; en donde, los ligantes, se seleccionan de entre (i) el grupo consistente en los almidones; maltodextrinas; proteínas animales no desnaturalizadas, solubles en agua; proteínas de plantas, no desnaturalizadas,
