A sock for preventing dead skin cells comprises a coating layer which is coated on the bottom surface of a sock by a printing technique, protrudes in various shapes, and is made of a soft synthetic resin material containing a moisturizing material to prevent dead skin cells. The coating layer is formed by the soft synthetic resin material such as silicone, urethane, latex, or rubber containing a moisturizing material and sequentially and alternately protruding on the surface of one side and the surface of the other side of the sock to 0.7-1 mm from the bottom surface by a silk screen printing technique.
