PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin plate used for a tray for plant cultivation which is capable of suppressing consumption of useless energy, and thus improving energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A synthetic resin plate 10 is used in a tray for plant cultivation for mounting plants. The synthetic resin plate 10 is constituted by laminating at least 3 layers of synthetic resin 11,13,15. A layer on one surface contains a heat radiation substance which absorbs light and radiates heat, and a layer on the other surface contains a light reflection substance which reflects light.
