A heel guard comprises a coating layer which is coated on an inside surface thereof coming in contact with a heel by a printing technique, protrudes in various shapes, and is made of a soft synthetic resin material containing a water-retaining material to prevent slipping and dead skin cells. The coating layer is made of the soft synthetic resin material containing the water-retaining material formed in a pattern shape protruding to 0.7-1 mm from a bottom surface by a silk screen printing technique.
