PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical condition determination device capable of accurately determining the occurrence of fatigue and, further, drowsiness in an object person.SOLUTION: A physical condition determination device includes a measurement section for measuring the biological number of beats of an object person, a storage section in which data of the biological number of beats while the object person is awake is stored, and a physical condition determination section that determines that fatigue and/or drowsiness occurs in the object person when a value obtained by subtracting the biological number of beats in the object person measured by the measurement section from the data of the biological number of beats while the object person is awake exceeds a pre-set first threshold.
