PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed food and drink product which allows jelly and yogurt to be sucked through a straw for eating and drinking.SOLUTION: A packed food and drink product A includes a container 1 filled with a jelly 2, and a single or a plurality of yogurt lumps 3 independently arranged in a bar shape, a trepang shape, or a partially deformed shape thereof, vertically extending continuously along the inner wall of the container 1. Sucking through a large-diameter straw 12 allows tasting of both from the beginning of sucking. Into the precedently filled heated jelly 2 solution, the cooled yogurt 3 is pressure fed toward the inner wall of the container 1 with a nozzle 5 having a tilted discharge port 52, so that the jelly 2 can be gelatinized and the yogurt lumps 3 can be independently arranged along the inner wall of the container 1. Preparations 4 of fruit or vegetable are preferably mixed and arranged in the jelly 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ゼリーとヨーグルトをストローで吸引飲食し得るようにした容器入り飲食物を提供する。【解決手段】 容器1にゼリー2を充填するとともに容器1内壁に沿って上下連続のバー状、なまこ状乃至その部分変形の形状に単一又は複数のヨーグルト3を独立配置して容器入り飲食物Aとする。太軸ストロー12の吸引により吸引当初から双方の味覚を味わうことができる。先行充填した加温のゼリー2溶液に対して、吐出口52を傾斜配置したノズル5を用いて冷却したヨーグルト3を容器1内壁に向けて加圧充填することによって、ゼリー2溶液のゲル化と容器1内壁に沿うヨーグルト3の独立配置を行うことができる。ゼリー2には果実乃至野菜のプレパレーション4を混合配置することが好ましい。【選択図】 図2
