In an expression , the same as those that R is defined in the instruction manual .【課題】【解決手段】 本発明は、酢酸ウリプリスタル(Ulipristalacetate、化合物I)の製作方法を提供し、それに酢酸ウリプリスタルを製作するキー中間体(式IV化合物)及び製作方法を提供した。本発明で意外に発見したように、式IVの新しい中間体がメチルリチウム又はメチル・グリニャール試薬との反応に一層有利であり、反応後保護基が除去し易く、副反応が少なく、中間処理が簡単で、使用される試薬が取得し易い且つコストが低く、収率が高く、式III化合物から式IV中間体を経て式V化合物を製作し、二ステップの総収率が75%で、生成物純度が98%以上である。式の中で、R が取扱説明書で定義されているものと同じ。
