The vibration unit is releasable by a Bowden cable at the cord. The housing comprises fastening units e.g. feed through (2, 3) and loop or eyelet, for fixing at the neckband or harness, and an operating element (4) acts on the vibration unit. The operating element is operatable by pressure and formed as a push-button or a mono-stable rocker switch. The neckband or harness is attached at the operating element.
