Disclosed is a locking mechanism capable of being mounted and dismounted quickly. Positioning fixture blocks (2) are provided to match a positioning fixture strip (51), the positioning fixture blocks (2) are attached to a side face of the positioning fixture strip (51), and then the positioning fixture blocks (2) and the positioning fixture strip (51) are squeezed by way of rotation. Under action of pressure, a spring for connecting the positioning fixture blocks (2) is deformed, so that the positioning fixture strip (51) moves in the direction of spring deformation. As a result, the positioning fixture strip (51) is fixed between the positioning fixture blocks. The whole device is realized without using any additional parts and does not have to be operated by skilled persons, and has strong applicability.
