The present invention provides a vegetation mat for ecological restoration that includes: a seed attachment layer； a water soluble adhesive which is sprayed on one side of the seed attachment layer to be applied； seeds attached on the seed attachment layer by the water soluble adhesive； and a nutrient layer applied on the seed attachment layer and the seeds. The seed attachment layer is formed with a natural mesh or a synthetic resin mesh. The nutrient layer is made of one of bed soil for gardening, coconut dust, ecopit, and cocopit. According to the present invention, a water soluble sheet such as traditional Korean paper, pulp, or nonwoven fabric is not used； the seed and the cocopit, attached on a jute net, immediately take roots and are germinated on a slope by a small amount of rain water or under a humid condition. Therefore, the vegetation mat can prevent the seeds from being lost and thus can be used for performing stable ecological restoration.본 발명은 종자 부착층, 상기 종자 부착층의 일면에 분사되어 도포되는 수용성 접착제, 상기 수용성 접착제를 통하여 종자 부착층에 부착되는 종자 및 종자 부착층 및 종자상에 도포되는 영양층을 포함하며, 상기 종자 부착층은 천연 망 또는 합성 수지망으로 이루어지며, 상기 영양층은 원예용 상토, 코코넛 더스트, 에코피트 및 코코피트 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 생태 복원용 식생매트를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 한지, 펄프, 부직포 등의 수용성 시트를 사용하지 않고 수용성 접착제에 의하여 황마 네트에 접착되어 있는 종자 및 코코피트가 약간의 비나 습도 환경에서 곧바로 경사면의 토양에 활착되어 발아가 진행됨으로써 종자의 유실을 방지하여 생태 복원을 안정적으로 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
