A flexible strain sensor, a manufacturing method thereof and a measuring device with the said flexible strain sensor are disclosed. The flexible strain sensor is applied to measure elongation of human skin. The flexible strain sensor includes a base layer and a conducting layer, wherein the base layer is made of flexible material, wherein the conducting layer covers the base layer, and wherein the conducting layer is made of silver, aluminum or wolfram. Two electrodes are coupled to two sides of the conducting layer respectively.
