A locking structure of an atomized drug delivery device includes a first casing, a second casing, a screw, and a fastener. The first housing has a latching portion and a buckle slot, and the buckle slot is adjacent and formed on one side of the latching portion. The second casing is rotatably connected to the first casing, thereby rotating relative to the first casing along a rotation axis. The screw is pivoted on the second casing and is parallel to the aforementioned rotation axis, and the screw rotates along the central axis of the body along with the relative rotation of the second casing and the first casing. The fastener is connected to and driven by the screw, and the fastener protrudes toward the resisting portion of the first casing. The fastener is used for resisting the resisting portion to generate a displacement so as to be located in the latching groove after passing through the resisting portion.
