PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of training muscle power required for a users natural travel movement in a simple and easy manner.SOLUTION: A running training device 100 includes: a mounting platform 10 on which a user U mounts an elastic support part 20 that supports the mounting platform 10 in a vertically swingable manner and flexibly biases the mounting platform 10 upward an acceleration part 50 for imparting acceleration to the mounting platform 10 periodically in concert with the swing cycle of the mounting platform 10.
