Disclosed is a needle disc roller apparatus coupled with a front end of a drug container with an opening. The needle disc roller apparatus comprises: a holder cap coupled with a front end opening of a drug container to close the front end opening a needle disc roller maintained at the holder cap to be able to straightly move forward and backward and a drug delivery unit for delivering a drug in the drug container to a needle disc of the needle disc roller when the needle disc roller is pressed to the skin. The drug delivery unit comprises: a spring for elastically supporting the needle disc roller from the back side of the needle disc roller, so as to deflect the needle disc roller to the front side a flow passage connection member connected with the opening of the drug container from the inside of the holder cap, and having an inner flow passage, an opening and closing protrusion formed on an inside surface of the inner flow passage, and a gate formed by the opening and closing protrusion and a gate opening and closing unit fixed to the needle disc roller while forming a flow passage continuing from the outside toward the needle disc.
