PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article wherein both stable absorbency of body fluid and a comfortable wear feeling improved in a fitting property and a dry touch property are simultaneously materialized.SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 that is an example of this absorbent article includes: a liquid-permeable front surface sheet 2 a moisture-permeable rear surface sheet 3 and an absorber 4 which is made of a foamed material and wherein bubbles 7 are distributed between the sheets 2, 3. The absorber 4 has a plurality of bottomed and elongated holes 8 extending from a skin-facing surface side to a non-skin-facing surface side.
