The present invention relates to a dispersing device for dispersing contents in the form of a liquid formulation, a granular formulation or a mixture and, particularly, provides a dispersing device comprising: a tank for storing the contents; a socket axially coupled to an upper part of the tank; a shaft for discharging or blocking the contents to/from a lower part of the tank while rotating and being raised/lowered in a state in which the shaft is axially coupled by passing through the lower part of the tank and the center of the socket; a propeller provided at a lower end portion of the shaft so as to lower the shaft during rotation; a spring provided at an upper end portion of the shaft passing through the socket, so as to raise the shaft; and a power unit for transmitting power to the socket, thereby dispersing the contents by using one type of power and, simultaneously, automatically opening and closing the discharge of the contents according to the ON/OFF of the power.
