PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee coater capable of suppressing its levee face formers vibrations and forming levee face of desired hardness.SOLUTION: The levee coater includes a soil mounder 3 and a levee former 4 forming levee by compacting mounded soil made by the soil mounder 3.
