PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snore suppression tool capable of suppressing mouth breathing while promoting nose breathing.SOLUTION: A snore suppression tool 11 including rear faces 25a, 32a, 33a pasted on a nose and a lower part of a mouth of a human includes: a nasal cavity expansion part 25 extended in a right/left direction of a face of a human and including the rear face 25a comprising an adhesive agent an inner core 26 arranged in the nasal cavity expansion part 25 and having elasticity bent in a front/rear direction of the nasal cavity expansion part 25 and a mouth closing part 33 connected to a lower part of the nasal cavity expansion part 25 via a connection part 32 and including the rear face 33a comprising an adhesive agent. The connection part 32 connects the center of the nasal cavity expansion part 25 and an upper edge of the mouth closing part 33.
