A thermosensitive hepatitis B vaccine is provided. The thermosensitive hepatitis B vaccine includes an aqueous phase solution comprising a biodegradable thermosensitive hydrogel copolymer； a surface antigen of hepatitis B virus (HBsAg)； and a bioactive substance. The thermosensitive hepatitis B vaccine of the disclosure is particularly suitable for being applied in the patients, which are low responsive or non-responsive to conventional hepatitis B vaccine, for enhancing the induction of cell-mediated immune responses and overcoming the HBsAg non-responsiveness.本發明提供一種溫度敏感性B型肝炎疫苗，該B型肝炎疫苗主要包含一生物可分解溫度敏感性水膠共聚物之水相溶液；至少一B肝抗原(HBsAg)；以及至少一生物活性成分。由於本發明所述之B型肝炎疫苗包含具有生物可分解溫度敏感性水膠共聚物的水相溶液，可加強B型肝炎抗原的免疫反應，非常適合施予對目當前B型肝炎疫苗具有低反應性或不反應性之患者，誘發其體內的B型肝炎免疫反應，達到預防B型肝炎的目的。
