PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Antrodia camphorate cyclohexane ketone compound used for relaxing physiological fatigue.
SOLUTION: 4-Hydroxy-2,3-dimethoxy-6-methyl-5(3,7,11-trimethyl-dodeca-2,6,10-trienyl)-cyclohex-2-enone separated from an Antrodia camphorate extract can effectively relax physiological fatigue. After the high intense consumption motion of 80% maximum oxygen intake, the compound is immediately supplied to promote the metabolisms of body creatine kinase phosphate and blood ammonia, thereby achieving effects for helping the recovery of the concentration and for relaxing the physiological fatigues.
