PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match an incident light direction and an exit light direction of an optical scanning unit while minimizing an increase in thickness thereof.SOLUTION: A first fixed reflective section 202 is located on a side opposite a second movable reflective section 104 in planar view with a first movable reflective section 102 in between, and reflects incident light toward the first movable reflective section 102. A second fixed reflective section 204 is located between the first movable reflective section 102 and the second movable reflective section 104 in planar view, and reflects incident light reflected by the first movable reflective section 102 toward the second movable reflective section 104. A third fixed reflective section 206 is located on a side opposite the first movable reflective section 102 in planar view with the second movable reflective section 104 in between, and reflects incident light reflected by the second movable reflective section 104 in a direction away from the second movable reflective section 104.
