PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsified composition that stably mixes ceramides into the oil-in-water type emulsified composition without crystallizing the ceramides, and has high emulsion stability and high moisturizing effect.SOLUTION: This oil-in-water type emulsified composition includes components (A) to (E). (A) shows ceramides. (B) shows dextrin fatty acid ester establishing conditions (1) to (3): (1) the degree of substitution of the fatty acid per glucose unit is 1.4-1.8 (2) the fatty acid composition includes (a) 12-22C straight chain saturated fatty acid and (b) 8-22C branched saturated fatty acid, where the content molar ratio between (a) and (b) is 60:40 to 95:5 and (3) the average polymerization degree of glucose in the dextrin part is 3-150. (C) shows phospholipid. (D) shows a nonionic surfactant of HLB 10-15.5.
