The present invention relates to a fermented extract of Asparagus tuber, and to a method for producing the same. More specifically, an optimal fermentation condition for Asparagus tuber is provided, and an anti-inflammatory effect can be provided thereby. The method comprises: an Asparagus tuber hot water extraction step; and an Asparagus tuber fermented extract producing step of inoculating 5 wt% of Weissella genus lactic acid bacteria isolated from kimchi to a hot water extract having a solid content of 1 wt% and produced from the Asparagus tuber hot water extraction step, and fermenting the same for 4 hours and 30 minutes while maintaining a hydrogen ion concentration at 4 to produce an Asparagus tuber fermented extract.본 발명은 천문동 발효진액 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 천문동의 최적의 발효 조건을 제공하며, 이를 통해 항염증 효과를 제공할 수 있는 천문동 발효진액 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
