The purpose of the present invention is to provide a studdable tire or the like, with which such performance as stud-edge performance and anti-stud-loss performance can be maintained for a long period of time. To this end, provided is a studdable tire having a structure in which studs are mounted through mounting holes with pin parts thereof protruding beyond a tread surface, and characterized in that rubber for forming a top rubber layer and rubber for forming a base rubber layer of the tread are rubber which satisfy the following evaluation expression (1): 0.5 ≤ wear amount of stud/wear amount of rubber of top rubber layer = kx (elastic modulus of rubber of base rubber layer at room temperature x elastic modulus of rubber of top rubber layer at room temperature) ≤ 1.5 … (1). Here, wear amount of stud = height of stud after wear - height of stud before wear, wear amount of rubber of top rubber layer = layer thickness of tread after wear - layer thickness of tread after wear, and k is a constant.
