<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing water for raising organisms capable of uniformly dissolving oxygen in water at a high oxygen concentration, dissolving the oxygen without clouding the water, and having high effects of accelerating the raising of plants or fishes and shellfishes. <；P>；SOLUTION: The apparatus relates to an apparatus for producing water containing oxygen dissolved therein as the water for raising the organisms for raising the plants or the shells and shellfishes. The apparatus includes a pressurizing part 1 for forcedly feeding water, an oxygen injecting part 2 for injecting the oxygen into the water, a pressure dissolving part 3 for dissolving the oxygen in the water under pressure by forcedly feeding the water containing the oxygen injected thereinto in the pressurizing part 1, and a decompressing part 4 for decompressing the pressure of the water containing the oxygen dissolved therein in the pressure dissolving part 3 successively from the inflow side of the water containing the oxygen dissolved therein toward the outflow side thereof to atmospheric pressure. Each part of the pressurizing part 1, the oxygen injecting part 2, and the pressure dissolving part 3 is continuously operated to continuously feed the water containing the oxygen dissolved therein to the decompressing part 4.
