A cleaning system and a cleaning method capable of supplying oxygenated water are disclosed. The system includes an oxygen supplying device, an exchanging device and a water supplying device, in which the oxygen supplying device is configured to supply pure oxygen to the exchanging device the exchanging device can be inputted with a water source for dissolving the pure oxygen provided by the oxygen supplying device in the water source, and keep pressure at a first predetermined pressure to obtain oxygenated water and the water supplying device is communicated with the exchanging device, and provides water with a certain oxygen concentration to a user of the cleaning system at a second predetermined pressure.
