Provided by the present invention is an acupressure device which: enables a user to receive acupressure by oneself by using the weight of the user or the self-weight of the acupressure device； and has a simple structure and a cheap production cost. The acupressure device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a frame which is formed with a weight body of a set thickness； an acupressure unit which elastically supports the frame in a thickness direction by protruding from the frame in the thickness direction in order to support at least one between a bottom and a body part being in contact with the frame at a plurality of couplings； and a stamping unit which elastically supports the frame in the thickness direction by protruding from the frame in the thickness direction in order to perform an action between a supporting and a stamping against the bottom or support at least one between the bottom and the body part by being combined with the frame at a plurality of points by being separated from the acupressure unit.본 발명의 목적은 사용자의 체중 또는 지압 장치의 자체 자중으로 사용자가 스스로 지압을 받게 하며, 구조가 간단하고 제작 비용이 저가인 지압 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지압 장치는, 설정된 두께의 중량체로 형성되는 프레임, 상기 프레임에 복수로 결합되어 접촉되는 신체 부위와 바닥 중 적어도 하나를 지지하도록 상기 프레임으로부터 상기 두께의 방향으로 돌출되어 상기 프레임을 상기 두께의 방향으로 탄성 지지하는 지압부, 및 상기 지압부와 이격되어 상기 프레임에 복수로 결합되어 바닥에 대하여 지지 및 구름 중 한 작용을 하거나 바닥과 신체 부위 중 적어도 하나를 지지하도록 상기 프레임으로부터 상기 두께의 방향으로 돌출되어 상기 프레임을 상기 두께 방향으로 탄성 지지하는 구름부를 포함한다.
