The present invention relates to a solar power generation floating apparatus which forms coupling protrusions at an edge of a solar power module and forms a groove engaged with the coupling protrusions at a lower frame to allow each solar power module to absorb solar power while rotating 360°; to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs; installs a nonslip pad on a footplate to prevent a slip to improve work environment; and coats a composition containing natural antibacterial materials to eliminate a possibility of pathogenic bacteria growing in humid environment to prevent corrosion to extend service life. The solar power generation floating apparatus includes: a solar power module which includes a solar cell, has coupling protrusions at a circular edge in a inclined form, absorbs solar power and generates DC power; a lower frame which is coupled to a lower end of the solar power module to support the same and has an inclined groove engaged with the coupling protrusions of the solar power module; a support plate which connects the center of a rear surface of the solar power and the center of the lower frame, and rotates 360°;; a floating member which is installed at a lower end of the lower frame of the solar power module to support the same to float; a connection unit which connects each floating member, where the solar power module is installed, and flexibly moves along with a flow of a fluid; a lighting which is installed by surrounding an outer part of the floating member section connected to the connection unit, and enables location and height of a solar power floating apparatus to be confirmed at night; and a mooring apparatus which is installed at a lower end of the floating member to prevent the member from moving under an influence of wind or a flow of a fluid.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 태양광 모듈 테두리에 결합 돌기를 형성하고 상기한 결합 돌기와 맞물리는 홈을 하부 프레임에 형성함으로써 각 태양광 모듈이 360° 회전하면서 태양광을 흡수하여 생산효율 향상 및 생산비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 발판에 미끄럼 방지 패드를 설치하여 미끄러짐을 방지함으로써 작
