PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an exposure dose to a subject while an operator does not have any positive consciousness for reducing the exposure dose.SOLUTION: In an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, an X-ray source 10 generates X-ray. A diaphragm part 11 has an opening to narrow the irradiation range of the X-ray generated from the X-ray source 10. An attention position identification part 16 identifies an attention position on the basis of the sight line of an observer.
