PURPOSE: A foreign substance discharging apparatus for an anchovy boiling kettle is provided to resupply the seawater introduced with foreign substance in filtering process to a boiling tank, and to prevent introduction of moisture into a combustion chamber through a ventilation flue.CONSTITUTION: A foreign substance discharging apparatus for an anchovy boiling kettle comprises: an inflow guide (10) a collecting chamber (20) and a discharging pipe (30). The inflow guide is formed to inflow the seawater and foreign substance floating on the water surface in the boiling process of anchovies inside of a boiling tank (110). The collecting chamber collects the seawater and foreign substance introduced through the inflow guide to a side of the boiling tank. The discharging pipe is equipped with an opening/closing valve (32), and connected to the outside of the boiling tank at the lower side of the collecting chamber.
