PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove free grain over rack from threshed waste straw so as to prevent the grain to be discharged with the waste straw.SOLUTION: The thresher is configured to supply threshing discharge waste in a threshing chamber (6) to a discharge waste processing chamber (10) through the supplying hole (6e) from the inside of a threshing chamber (6), and have a free-grain-over-rack collecting part formed between a threshing chamber middle rear plate (6d) and a threshing chamber rear plate (6b) pivoting a rear end side of a threshing cylinder shaft (7) supporting a threshing drum (7a), and instal a guide (48c) for supporting tip side of the threshed grain stalk in the free grain over rack collecting part, and instal a guide member (9a) at a position between the threshing chamber rear plate (6b) and the threshing chamber middle rear plate (6d) in the middle of the threshing drum (7a) and the discharge waste chamber (11a), and configured to remove free grain over rack on the threshed straws by threshing teeth (7b) on the rear end of the threshing drum (7a) in the free grain over rack collecting part and flow-down them on to a swing selector (25).COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】脱穀後の排藁からささり粒を除去し、穀粒が排藁と共に機外へ排出されることを防止する。【解決手段】扱室(6)内の脱穀排塵物を、扱室(6)内から供給口(6e)を介して排塵処理室(10)内へ供給する構成とし、扱胴(7a)を支持する扱胴軸(7)の後端部側を軸支した扱室後板(6b)と扱室中後板(6d)との間にささり粒回収部(ロ)を形成し、ささり粒回収部(ロ)に、脱穀穀稈の穂先側を支えるガイド(48c)を設けると共に、扱胴(7a)と排塵胴(11a)との間であって、扱室後板(6b)と扱室中後板(6d)との間の部位にはガイド部材(9a)を設け、ささり粒回収部(ロ)で扱胴(7a)後端部の扱歯(7b)によって脱穀穀稈にささっている穀粒を除去して揺動選別装置(25)上へ流下させる構成とする。【選択図】図2
