A method for preparing coffee beans according to the present invention includes: a first step of washing fresh coffee beans； a second step of ripening the washed fresh coffee beans by keeping the beans in hot water for 72 hours； a third step of loading the ripened fresh coffee beans in a chamber and then putting magnetized water into the fresh coffee beans loaded in the chamber； a fourth step of drying the fresh coffee beans； and a fifth step of roasting the dried fresh coffee beans.
