摘要:
The invention relates to agriculture and the processing industry and can be used for disinfecting various heterogeneous mixtures and controlling insect pests during storage of grain and grain products of agricultural crops. A unit for controlling the insect pests of grain stocks in strong electric field comprises a voltage regulator, a chamber for treating grain material, vertical flat-parallel electrodes, insulating plates of dielectric material and a source of high voltage of impulse current is additionally introduced, to the secondary winding of which the flat-parallel electrodes are connected, auxiliary zigzag electrodes are additionally introduced. They are arranged along the flat-parallel electrodes and fixed to the walls of the treating chamber and have no electric contact with the source of high voltage impulse current, an electromagnetic vibrator, which is located on the outer, lower part of the treating chamber powered from the 220V network, an inductive sensor, which is arranged on the outside of the treating chamber and a millivoltmeter. Thus, in the proposed unit a source of high voltage pulsed current, is introduced, providing a significant increase in partial discharges in air inclusions of the grain mass, the treating chamber is supplemented with auxiliary electrodes, which form areas of sharply nonhomogeneous electric field, thereby increasing the intensity of ionization processes and correspondingly the concentration of ozone in the grain mass by 2 ... 3 times, thereby improving the function of the grain mass decontamination and neutralizing pests. Also due to the auxiliary electrodes the grain mass is mixed during motion, what raises the effectiveness of treatment. The mounted electromagnetic vibrator allows regulating the speed of outflow of the grain mass within the ranges of 0…12 cm/sec. Due to the inductive sensor and millivoltmeter it is possible to control the intensity of ionization processes in the grain mass which allows setting up the ne
